Reference/Instruction and Research assistance/hours:
Fall 2021, reference and research assistance is available in-person during library open hours. Online reference help is available via email, chat, and phone, during the hours listed above. We are also available for research help by appointment, via Zoom.
Contactless Pickup of library materials
We are providing contactless pickup (via campus lockers) for library materials if you cannot make it into the library during open hours. Click on the appointment icon on the top left of this page, under Ask a Librarian, to schedule this. Pickup times are limited to staff availability, with 24 hours (next business day) to process requests.
Digitization Requests
Students who need a chapter or section from Course Reserves or physical library material can submit a Library Resource Digitization Request. We will scan the chapter or section into a PDF and email it. Limit of 25 pages per request. Copyright restrictions apply.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
ILL services for physical and electronic material requests is fully available. Please reach out to library staff if you have questions.
Return of library materials
Please note:
Items can be returned to campus at any time, our drop box is located on the upper side of the Library Building. If you park in the lot located off the 2nd left after turning south of 80th Street East, the blue drop box is just outside of Door #6 of the Library Building. If you are unable to return your library items, please reach out to us at library@inverhills.edu or 651-450-3625 to discuss options.
