Primo User Experience Survey - MnPALS RFP

This guide provides a QR code and promotional materials for the Primo User Experience Survey developed for the 2025-2026 Request for Proposal (RFP) for the new MnPALS Integrated Library System.

Purpose of the Survey

As part of the MnPALS request for proposal (RFP) process for selecting a new integrated library system (ILS), we are conducting a Primo-focused user experience survey.

The feedback gathered will help shape the upcoming RFP and ensure user needs are at the center of our system selection.

QR Code for the Survey

This QR code brings users to a short survey about the user experience of our current discovery tool - Primo.

The survey is intended for library users and librarians interested in reference and instruction.  The estimated time to complete the survey is 3-5 minutes.  The survey closes on Mon. Oct 27th.
